ZDRAV ZAJTRK: recepti za hitro, enostavno in ZDRAVO!
Zajtrk je najpomembnejši obrok dneva, zato si je vredno vzeti čas in pripraviti okusen obrok, ki nam bo dal energijo za cel dan.
Tukaj smo vam pripravili nekaj idej s katerimi vas želimo navdušiti, da si boste tudi sami pripravili dober in zdrav zajtrk.
- PROSENA KAŠA S SADJEM
Pripravite si proseno kašo, ki ji dodajte malo sadja po lastni izbiri– jabolko, jagode, borovnice, slive..Vse skupaj posujte še s semeni (chia, lanena semena). Pripravljenemu obroku dodamo še malo cimeta, ki bo popestril in prijetno začinil vaš zajtrk.
- ZELENA OMLETA
Ko si zaželite na vašem krožniku malo več zelenjave, si pripravite jajčno omleto s šparglji. Omleti dodajte še pest špinače in nekaj rezin kumarice. Za zdrave maščobe, ki so ključna sestavina zdravega obroka, pa dodajte še ½ avokada. Vse skupaj popopramo, posolimo in začinimo po lastnem okusu.
- KOKOSOV ŠMORN
Iz kokosove moke, mleka in jajc (priporočamo uporabo rastlinskega mleko – kokosovo ali mandljevo) si pripravite »kokosov šmorn«. Dodamo še goji jagode, pretlačeno banano, kokosov jogurt, borovnice ter kokosove kosmiče. Po želji vse skupaj še začinimo s cimetom.
- CHIA PUDING
V kozarec ali posodico čez noč namočite chia semena – namočite jih v mandljevo, kokosovo mleko (ali pa katerokoli po vaši izbiri). Zjutraj bo iz tega nastal okusen puding, ki mu lahko dodamo različne nadeve – naš predlog: sveže borovnice s kokosovim jogurtom. Lonček posipamo še z nastrganimi mandlji ali kokosovimi kosmiči.
- POLNJENE PAPRIKE
Papriko prerežemo na polovico in jo napolnimo z mehkim kozjim sirom. Namesto tega lahko uporabimo tudi skuto ali mandljevo skuto. Paprike lahko začinimo s kajenskim poprom in začimbami po izbiri. Krožničku paprik dodamo še pest rukole in špinače. Vse skupaj prelijemo s hladno stiskanim oljem in posujemo s semeni.
